Tree of Life Denim Drawstring Tote Bag

First, the tree doesn't look like it does in the pictures, there's a big chunk missing at the bottom, completely ruining the idea. I complained and they said all new bags look like that's. I didn't returned it because since that's apparently normal for them they didn't offer to cover the return cost. It was a mistake. The strap is not actually adjustable, because no matter what you do it just slides right to the bottom every single time in a few seconds and the bag ends up under my knees. The strings for closing the bag are absurdly long. The strap is sewed on with an orange thread for some reason and it looks weird. The quality of the lining is questionable.

Dommage j'aurais voulu le porter à la cheville mais vraiment trop petit j'ai 27 cm et même au poignet il est trop petit j'ai 22 cm il est très très beau par contre !!

I love the tree design and the bag is very very well made. It's so big that I cannot use it as a daily bag. It will be good as luggage though as it fits a ton!!
