Shopping & Payment

You can directly order on our website and follow these steps.

  • Click on the product you would like to purchase
  • Click "Add to cart"
    (From here you can continue to add more items to cart or proceed to check out) 
  • Review your cart by clicking the bag icon on the top of the page 
  • Proceed to check out
  • Fill in the shipping address and select your desired shipping method. 
  • Select your desired payment method and fill in the payment and billing information 
  • Click "Pay now"

Once it's all completed we will email you the order confirmation email. Make sure you enter a correct email and shipping address. 

We will ship out your order within 1-3 days. Once the order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and tracking link.

Our products are handmade so we can only make a small batch at a time. But we try to restock every 1-2 weeks. 

You can sign up for our back-in-stock alert to be the first to know when the item is back in stock.

Our credit card payments are processed via Stripe https://stripe.com/ .
“Stripe is an American technology company that allows individuals and businesses to make and receive payments over the Internet. It is based in San Francisco, California.”

The online cart we use is Shopify, which is used by tens of thousands of other stores, and they handle the security during checkout and pass the credit card details over to Stripe to get processed.

We do not store your credit card information on our end, and we're only able to access the last four digits of the card.

Stripe is used by Lyft, Best Buy, Open Table, Saks Fifth Avenue, and many other online shops.

The common issues are usually caused by:

  • Wrong credit card details
  • Wrong CVV or CCV
  • Insufficient Funds
  • The card is expired

If those weren't the reason, many cases of denied payment happened because of the bank’s auto fraud prevention system. Since our company payment gateway is registered in Asia (Hong Kong) but you are ordering from US, Canada, UK, Australia, etc., it could easily get flagged as fraud.

This is unfortunately beyond our ability to solve the issue. The only recommendation we can give is to contact the card issuer to help authorize the purchase.

For every order you place, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. 

The common reasons why you don't receive the email are:

  • The email address was incorrect
  • The inbox is full
  • The email went to spam.

If you need help to correct or resend the order confirmation email, please email us at info@harempants.com and give us your name, email address, and/or some hints so we can look up your order. 

Yes, you can cancel any order if we haven't shipped the items out yet. We usually ship out the package the following day, so please inform us as soon as you can.

Products & Sizing

We offer regular size, plus size, and kids size.

Our products were created by different talented Thai artisans so the sizes can vary depends on the style. We list the measurements individually on each product in the description. Please refer to the size guide page for the measurement guidelines.

The majority of our products were designed to be one-size-fits-most as they are either stretchy, come with elastic or adjustable waist, or have lots of leg rooms.

Our classic harem pants and most of the other styles are gender-neutral.

The Men's & Women's pants are the same cut / exactly the same pants. We simply list them twice with Male & Female models, so that each gender can see what the pants look like on the appropriate gender. 

Please see the measurement listed under each product.

Unlike most conventional fitted pants, all harem pants were designed with roomy low crotch. Therefore the inseam always seems shorter even though our pants are long enough. 

To make sure that they are long enough for you, please check the length. They are measured from the top point of the waistband to the ankle. 

All harem pants and drop-crotch/jumpsuit harem pants are made of 100% rayon. Some other pants are made of Thai cotton, spandex, etc.

To keep your harem pants in excellent condition, please hand wash cold and hang dry.

If you must wash them in the washing machine, make sure that you use the lowest/delicate cycle. You should also wash them separately from other clothes as it will help prevent tangling and tearing. Washing them in a laundry mesh bag will also protect them from getting damaged.

Each tie-dye products were individually hand-dyed and made a small batch at a time. Each batch can have a slightly different color or pattern variation. This means your product is as unique as you are!

We manually inspect all items carefully before we ship them to our customers. Unfortunately, errors do occur.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please do not hesitate to email us at info@harempants.com.

To speed up the process, please include:

  • Order number (e.g. #HP123456) 
  • Or email address associated with the order
  • The photos of the item(s) in question 

and we'll reship a replacement package to you ASAP.

Shipping

Option 1:
4-7 Days DHL Express

DHL shipments are processed first every day (except national or post office holidays) and will be shipped out before anything else. At the very least, they will be shipped out the next day.

Delivery with DHL Express will take 4-7 days.

Option 2:

12 - 21 Days DHL GlobalMail

The packages will be handled and shipped out within 2-3 business days.

All packages sent from Thailand using DHL GlobalMail can be tracked with DHL until they reach the destination country.

Once they arrive in your destination country, DHL GlobalMail hands the package off to your local carrier. You can use their respective websites for further shipping tracking details.

Examples:

Delivery via DHL GlobalMail will take approximately 12 - 21 days But depending on the efficiency of your local carrier, the shipment can arrive much sooner.

Any order over $60 USD will be offered:

Free International shipping by DHL GlobalMail (12-21 days)

or 

Discounted DHL express (4-7 days) at $8 USD flat.

* The subtotal after any discount and before shipping must be over $60 to be eligible for this promotion.

The shipping method availability is subjected to each destination country’s import policy.

All items are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

We ship to almost any country. But some countries have import restrictions so the package will never reach the recipients. So we sadly cannot ship to Argentina, South Africa, and Brazil.

The address can be changed/corrected if we haven't shipped the items out yet. We mostly ship the items out the following day, so please inform us as soon as you can.

The shipping from Thailand takes 4-7 days with DHL express and 12-21 days with DHL GlobalMail. Shipping internationally could occasionally be delayed due to reason beyond our control like weather or pandemic.

If your shipping take longer than time stated above,

  • with your order references (your name, order # or email address associated the order) 

We have a dedicated shipping staff who would gladly assist you with the issue.

Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered to their house instead. Sometimes, mail carriers leave packages at nearby doors by mistake (oops!).

Occasionally DHL will mark packages as "Delivered" before they've actually left the package at your address. Typically they show up within 24-48 hours after being marked as "Delivered", so hang tight for a day or two!

If you don’t have any luck there and you still haven't received your package after 48 hours of it being marked as "delivered", just contact us at info@harempants.com and send us your name, order# (e.g. #HP123456), the email used to place your order. We’ll open a special investigation with DHL and get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.

Once your package is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link. 

It can take 1-2 days for the tracking info to be properly updated.

You can also track your package here with the number given in the email.

All packages sent from Thailand using DHL GlobalMail can be tracked with DHL until they reach the destination country.

Once they arrive to your destination country, DHL hands the package off to your local carrier. You can use their respective websites for further shipping tracking details.

Returns & Exchange

We hope you love all our products. But for whatever reason, you are not pleased with them and would like to return or exchange, we understand .

We will accept return/exchange on all items that were not purchased from any special-on-site sales or any clearance collection. 

All we ask is that the products are returned to us in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

We will accept returns 60 days from the day our products are shipped out. Please make sure you contact us within this 60-day, or you may not be eligible to make the return/exchange.
