Our priority is to ensure our customer's happiness and we have created our return and exchange policy in support of this.

If you are not pleased with your purchase for whatever reason and would like to return any item(s) for a refund or initiate an exchange of item(s), please feel free to contact us at info@harempants.com. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

If you’re not happy, we get it.

We will accept returns on all items that were not purchased from special on-site sales or any clearance collection. All we ask is that the products are returned to us in new condition; unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

We will accept returns 60 days from the day our products are shipped out. Please make sure you contact us within this 60 day window from the date you made your purchase or you will not be eligible to make the return for a full refund.

Not happy with the one you bought? We have a lot more to choose from.

Received damaged or wrong items?

We are so sorry. Let us make it right.

We manually inspect all items carefully before they are shipped to our customers, however unfortunately errors do occur.

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please do not hesitate to email us at info@harempants.com.

To speed up the process, please include your order number and photos of the item(s) in question and we’ll reship a replacement package to you promptly.

 

Our staff are more than happy to assist you. No one on our support staff likes to wake up to mean emails, so please be kind and we'll return the favor. <3
