Bonjour
Je suis assez déçu car suite à un envoi de retour d’une commande, on m’a envoyé un frais supplémentaire FedEx par la poste pour frais de douane quand j’ai envoyé mon colis par poste Canada. Le colis se rend aux usa avant la Thaïlande???? Et les frais sont envoyés au client… c’est assez médiocre.
