The pants don't fit .What do i need to do to return the pants?

Fabric feels like plastic

I really love the colour and pattern and it's exactly like in the pictures but unfortunately the fabric feels a bit like plastic and seems to be a different material than other harem pants I have. For me, that does take away from enjoying wearing them so I rarely wear them.
