Your choice to send the package with Fedex to add the amount of pants in additional and unanticipated costs! This isn't the first time we've purchased from you, but I'm not satisfied with this! I will also notify the friends to whom I referred you

Hello Delphine. Unfortunately Canada charges import duties and taxes on any shipment into Canada which has a value over $20 CAD.

Sometimes however, packages will slip through the cracks and won't need pay such duties/taxes. The only way we could avoid the customer having to pay such duties would be to ship via 'Delivery Duty Paid' and charge the customer upfront for such fees, then forward the fees over to Canada, so they'll allow the shipment in. If we went this route, 100% of Canadians would need to pay these fees on every order to sell to Canada.

If the duties/taxes of Canada are an issue, please send over the receipt of your fees along with your order number/name and we'll refund the difference.
