HaremPants $100 Gift Card Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By participating in the HaremPants $100 Gift Card Giveaway (“Campaign”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

1. Eligibility

  • The Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of HaremPants, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements

  • To enter, participants must create a video wearing HaremPants clothing and post it on their public TikTok or Instagram feed.
  • The video must meet the following guidelines:
    • Resolution of at least 1080p (HD)
    • Recorded in portrait mode
    • Between 10-30 seconds long
  • Participants must tag @ThaiHaremPants on TikTok or Instagram and use the hashtag #MyThaiHaremPants.
  • Participants must also email their video to snapandshare@harempants.com with the subject "Snap & Win."

3. Prize

  • Each month, one winner will be selected to receive a $100 gift card.
  • The gift card will be delivered via email within 7 days of the winner's announcement.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

4. Winner Selection

  • A winner will be chosen at random at the end of each month.
  • HaremPants reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the authenticity of the entry.
  • Winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, HaremPants reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Content Usage Rights

  • By submitting a video, you grant HaremPants the perpetual right to use, edit, publish, and repurpose the content for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • HaremPants may share your video across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email newsletters, and paid advertisements.

6. Modification and Termination

  • HaremPants reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, including if technical issues arise or if fraud, abuse, or other factors compromise the integrity of the Campaign.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • HaremPants is not responsible for technical errors, lost or incomplete entries, or any other issues that may prevent participation in the Campaign.
  • By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless HaremPants from any and all liability arising from or related to participation in the Campaign or the acceptance or use of any prize.

8. Disqualification

  • Any entries that do not comply with the submission requirements, or are deemed inappropriate or offensive, will be disqualified at HaremPants' sole discretion.

9. No Affiliation

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, TikTok or Instagram.
