We will ship out your order within 1-3 days. Once the order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.
How do I order?
You can directly order on our website by following these steps.- Click on the product you would like to purchase
- Click "Add to cart" (From here you can continue to add more items to cart or proceed to check out)
- Review your cart by clicking the bag icon on the top of the page
- Proceed to check out
- Fill in the shipping address and select your desired shipping method.
- Select your desired payment method and fill in the payment and billing information
- Click "Pay now"

I want to purchase the sold-out items. What should I do?
Our products are handmade, so we can only make a small batch at a time. But we try to restock every 1-2 weeks.
You can sign up for our back-in-stock alert to be the first to know when the item is back in stock.
- Click on the sold-out product
- Click on "NOTIFY ME WHEN THIS PRODUCT BECOMES AVAILABLE."
- Enter your email address
- Click on "Email me when available"
Once the item is back in stock, you will get the notification email from us.
