How do I order?

You can directly order on our website by following these steps.

Click on the product you would like to purchase
Click "Add to cart" (From here you can continue to add more items to cart or proceed to check out)
Review your cart by clicking the bag icon on the top of the page
Proceed to check out
Fill in the shipping address and select your desired shipping method.
Select your desired payment method and fill in the payment and billing information
Click "Pay now"

Once they're all completed, we will email you the order confirmation email. Make sure you enter a correct email and shipping address.
We will ship out your order within 1-3 days. Once the order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

I want to purchase the sold-out items. What should I do?

Our products are handmade, so we can only make a small batch at a time. But we try to restock every 1-2 weeks.

You can sign up for our back-in-stock alert to be the first to know when the item is back in stock.

Click on the sold-out product
Click on "NOTIFY ME WHEN THIS PRODUCT BECOMES AVAILABLE."
Enter your email address
Click on "Email me when available"

Once the item is back in stock, you will get the notification email from us.

How do I use my gift card?

Proceed to the checkout page and enter the gift card code in the text box (see image)

You can enter multiple gift card codes.
